ABOUT ZENITHCARS, INTERNATIONAL CAR IMPORT COMPANY
ZenithCars is an international vehicle sourcing, inspection and export company specialising in cars from Japan, South Korea and Dubai.
Our work is not limited to car auctions. In Japan, we source vehicles from official auction networks, dealers, specialist showrooms and private collectors. In South Korea, we purchase cars from dealers and closed auctions. In Dubai, we work with local dealers, specialist sellers and private owners.
Our network includes local inspection teams, export facilities, logistics partners and customs agencies. We coordinate the complete process, including vehicle selection, history review, inspection, purchase, export documentation, sea freight, customs clearance and delivery.
Every vehicle is selected individually. The client receives the available information and expected costs before approving the purchase.
Japan Operations
In Japan, we have direct access to all major Japanese car auctions.
Our local partners in Japan oversees vehicle acquisition, inspection, and export documentation directly on-site.
We provide the same level of service as in our UAE operations — from vehicle sourcing and condition verification to logistics, shipping, and customs clearance in Europe.
Having our own team in Japan ensures transparent bidding, professional inspections, and access to the best vehicles available on the market.

As part of our integrated logistics, we also manage direct shipments from Japan to Jebel Ali Port in Dubai.
For clients based in the UAE, this means we can fully handle the import process from Japan — from auction purchase to final delivery within the Emirates.
SOUTH KOREA OPERATIONS
In South Korea, we source vehicles from current dealer inventory and closed Korean car auctions. Clients can browse available dealer cars directly on our platform or ask us to find a vehicle matching a specific model, specification and budget.
Before purchase, we review the information available for the selected car. This may include mileage records, ownership changes, reported damage, insurance claims, replaced body panels, equipment and export eligibility. If the initial verification is satisfactory, we can arrange a physical inspection in South Korea.
After purchase, the vehicle is collected and transported to our climate controlled warehouse. It remains there while we document its condition, complete the deregistration process and prepare the export paperwork.
Once the documents are ready, we book container or Ro Ro transport and deliver the car to the port shortly before loading.
DUBAI OPERATIONS
ZenithCars operates through a legally registered company in the United Arab Emirates with a licence for vehicle import and export. Our operational presence in Dubai allows us to inspect vehicles, verify documents and maintain direct relationships with local dealers, specialist showrooms, private owners and logistics providers.
The Dubai automotive market offers GCC specification vehicles together with cars originally imported from Europe, Japan, South Korea and North America. Before recommending a vehicle, we review the available information and can arrange a detailed inspection at the seller’s location.
After purchase, we coordinate export registration, documentation and storage in a covered warehouse while transport is being prepared. The vehicle is delivered to the port shortly before loading.
Our team manages the process from vehicle sourcing in Dubai through export and sea freight to customs clearance and delivery in Europe.

Our approach is based on verification, transparency and client approval.
We explain what information is available for a vehicle, what can be inspected and which elements cannot be confirmed before purchase. We do not describe a car as accident free or fully verified without supporting documentation.
Every calculation is prepared for a specific vehicle and destination. Before purchase, the client receives the available history, inspection materials and expected costs. No car is purchased without approval of the selected vehicle and agreed budget.
We believe an international car purchase should be clearly organised and documented. From the first enquiry to final delivery, our role is to coordinate the people, documents and logistics required to complete the transaction.
INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS
ZenithCars connects vehicle markets in Japan, South Korea and Dubai with clients in Europe and other international destinations.
Our local teams and partners coordinate vehicle sourcing, inspections, domestic transport, storage and export preparation. Our European logistics and customs network supports port handling, customs clearance and delivery to the requested address.
This structure allows the entire transaction to be coordinated through one company while individual operations are completed locally in the country where the vehicle is purchased.
Whether the car comes from a Japanese auction, a Korean dealer, a closed Korean auction or a seller in Dubai, the client receives one clearly organised process from vehicle selection to international delivery.
